DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "User" means any person who uses the services provided by Parq Vancouver Poker Room, including but not limited to online poker room, table games, slots, high-limit salons, dining, hotel, and sportsbook lounge.
USE OF SERVICES

PAYMENT TERMS
All transactions made with or to Parq Vancouver Poker Room are subject to the laws of Canada and any applicable taxes must be paid in full by the User upon demand. The User acknowledges that all payments will be processed securely using industry-standard encryption methods.
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and any disputes or claims arising therefrom will be resolved exclusively through Canadian courts.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parq Vancouver Poker Room reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to updating payment terms, deposit limits, game rules, or personal data protection policies as required by law or for other reasons deemed necessary.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
By using Parq Vancouver Poker Room's services, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, agree to be bound by them and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Parq Vancouver Poker Room and its Users regarding use of the service and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings.
FORCE MAJEURE
Parq Vancouver Poker Room shall not be liable for failure to perform under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions or changes in applicable laws or regulations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parq Vancouver Poker Room disclaims all liability arising from its services, whether direct or indirect, including without limitation losses caused by errors in calculation, processing delays, system malfunctions or failures.
NO WARRANTY
Parq Vancouver Poker Room does not warrant that any information contained on the service is accurate, complete or up-to-date and makes no representations regarding the performance of games, equipment, systems or other services offered through Parq Vancouver Poker Room's services.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by a court with jurisdiction in British Columbia under Canadian law.
COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood them completely and agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of Parq Vancouver Poker Room's services.
