Self-Exclusion Option
If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic or if you need help managing your spending, please do not hesitate to contact us to initiate the self-exclusion process. This will prevent you from accessing the poker room for a specified period of time ranging from 6 months to permanent, with immediate BCLC database updates.
Voluntary Spending Limits
To help manage your gaming spend responsibly, we offer voluntary spending limits between CAD $50 and $5,000 per day. You can adjust or remove these limits at any time by contacting our customer support team.
Session Time Alerts
We also provide session time alerts that allow you to set a maximum playing period of 2-12 hours. If you reach your self-imposed limit, we will send an alert reminding you to take a break.
GameSense Advisors on Site
For additional support and guidance, GameSense advisors are available at the poker room Wednesday through Sunday from 4 pm until midnight. These experts can provide advice and resources to help you make informed decisions about your gaming habits.
